Didn't use the dehydrator much at the beginning of 2017, but things are starting to get ahead of me, so we rolled it out.
7/24/2017 - Sliced small Millionaire eggplants crosswise and sprayed with O/O spray lightly and then grilled grilled about 5 minutes on either side.
Place in the dehydrator at 125 for 8-10 house and then vacuum packed in jars. Also did yellow squash and zucchini lengthwise (about 1/2 in) and did the same. Probably will use them in lasagna later.
